CCAP STRUCTURE
» CCAP Design
The course kick starts with a special six-week intensive finance boot-camp. Following this, participants are allocated to business units of CRISIL where they work four days a week - from Monday to Thursday. Regular classes are held on Fridays and Saturdays. The learning and growth path of the participants is closely monitored to ensure exposure to opportunities that will facilitate their career progression.
The programme has been designed keeping in mind domestic and global business needs, and after thoroughly analyzing the existing curriculum of MBA, CA, CFA, FRM, and ICWA programmes. CCAP ensures that each participant is capable of understanding the basics of finance and over the course of the programme, develops an indepth understanding of financial concepts. This will enable him/her to undertake analytical assignments not just at CRISIL but elsewhere in the industry as well.
» CCAP Class Work Structure
The course has a semester system-four semesters of six months each-wherein rigorous classroom training is provided on a range of finance-related topics.
Participants will be offered courses under two categories each semester: Core Courses, Leaders' Incubation Lab, and IT Lab.
- Core Courses: These comprise six finance subjects
- Leaders' Incubation Lab: Workshops on team work, attitudes, leadership, and time management
The programme will cover 24 subjects in finance, in addition to workshops on communication, and personality development. The continuous evaluation process will assess learning outcomes on the various courses. Table below indicates the tentative course structure:

Workshops by industry experts provide participants with practical insights into their areas of specialisation in finance. Leveraging on the flexibility of the programme, additional modules centering on managerial development and financial expertise may be included.

The CCAP participant will be assessed through the performance evaluation process (described below) and academic examination.

- Academic Examinations:
Each course comprises regular evaluations during the semester, and an end-semester examination. Evaluation will be in the form of class tests, quizzes, assignments, project work and case studies. Participants will have to achieve minimum 60% marks in all subjects for clearing each semester.
» CFA/FRM Reimbursement
For every level cleared during CCAP, the participant will receive a one-time award of up to Rs25,000/-
