CRISIL has suspended its ratings on the above-mentioned bank facilities of Ratna Infrastructure Project Pvt Ltd (Ratna Infra). This is because Ratna Infra has requested CRISIL to discontinue the rating, and has not been providing any information on its operations and financials to CRISIL. The suspension in ratings reflects CRISIL’s inability to maintain a valid rating in the absence of information from Ratna Infra.
About the Company
Ratna Infra was originally constituted as a partnership firm, Ratna Constructions, by Mr. M M L Narasimhan in 1997. It was reconstituted as a private limited company in April 2007. Ratna Infra is primarily into commissioning irrigation projects.
