SEBI, vide circular no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/37 dated March 16, 2023 (subsumed into Master Circular for Registrars to an Issue and Share Transfer Agents dated May 17, 2023) had simplified norms for furnishing PAN, KYC details and Nomination. As per SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/POD-1/P/CIR/2023/181 dated November 17, 2023, para 19.2 of the Master Circular has been amended. The amended circular can be accessed here.
Shareholders may lodge their grievances/ disputes/ complaints against the Company by sending an email to the Company at einward.ris@kfintech.com. They may also escalate their grievances/ disputes/ complaints through SEBI Complaints Redress System (“SCORES”) portal which can be accessed at https://scores.sebi.gov.in. SEBI vide master circular SEBI/HO/OIAE/OIAE_IAD-1/P/CIR/2023/145 dated August 11, 2023, has further provided an Online Dispute Resolution Mechanism for investors/clients and has directed listed entities, to bring the provisions of this circular to the notice of the investors/clients. It may be noted that shareholders can initiate dispute resolution through the ODR Portal without having to go through SCORES Portal if the grievance lodged with the Company is not resolved satisfactorily. Dispute resolution through the ODR portal can be initiated only if such complaint/ dispute is not pending before any arbitral process, court, tribunal or consumer forum.
