Global Data Services of India Limited (GDSIL), was established in April 2001 as a wholly owned subsidiary of CRISIL, to set up a fully equipped centre at Pune, dedicated to analysing published accounts of companies.

Maintaining the CRISIL tradition of analytical depth and excellence, GDSIL's objective is to identify the true profitability and financial position of companies.

GDSIL’s operations are headed by Mrs. Madhu Dubhashi, an alumnus of IIM(A), with 31 years’ experience in the Financial sector. Today, at GDSIL, we have an in-house team of qualified, trained and experienced financial analysts who collect, analyse, adjust and restate corporate financial data. This, along with a commentary on the data, is made available as CRIS Finalyssis. Our team of analysts is supported by a strong and efficient technical team which has created a robust software package, the CRISIL's Data Slicing System, on which the CRIS Finalyssis rests.
