The fierce second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic has once again upended routines, overwhelmed health infrastructure and led to loss of lives. It has put all businesses on the edge and has impacted the world of work significantly.
CRISIL is committed to protect our employee’s health & well-being and manage the challenges of these unprecedented times. In the light of COVID-19 since 2020, we have implemented alternative work arrangements and now have a majority of employees globally work from home. We are deeply committed to supporting them during these uncertain times. Our employees are essential to our mission of making markets function better and our employees first approach remains our top priority. We have implemented a host of initiatives to ease the passage of employees through these challenging times.
Vaccination drive
With the world in the grips of the pandemic and individuals across the world racing to get inoculated, CRISIL stepped in to facilitate vaccine shots for its employees and their families. CRISIL was amongst the first organisations in India to offer vaccine shots to its employees. Dedicated vaccine drives were held in cities with a large employee base like Mumbai and Gurugram. Held across three days, the process was smoothly conducted with minimum waiting times and in utmost sanitized and safe conditions. Employees based in other locations are also being encouraged to vaccinate in their local areas with the organization supporting reimbursement of their vaccination charges.

Emergency interest free salary advance of up to 6 months fixed pay which can be availed for medical and healthcare expenses towards Covid treatment
All expenses towards Covid treatment which is not covered by medical insurance, to be reimbursed by CRISIL
Medical insurance coverage has been extended to retainer colleagues
Covid Leave & Wellness Day
In case an employee is Covid Positive, up to 10 working days paid leave can be availed
Leave of Compassion, up to 10 working days paid leave can be availed
Introduction of `Wellness Day’ every month for employees to take time off to rest and pay attention towards well-being and prioritise self-care
Deceased employee's family support
Continued salary payment (fixed pay) for the 12-months
Continued coverage for immediate family in company’s health insurance program for 2 years
Facilitation of terminal benefits (PF, Gratuity, Term Life Insurance Cover)
Placement support for spouse or one sibling of the deceased employee on best effort basis
