Today is located on the outskirts of Chennai (Tamil Nadu), at Thaiyur on Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR), which is called the information technology (IT) corridor of Chennai, as it is a hub for many IT companies. The project is targeted at the middle-income group working in the IT/IT-enabled service (ITeS) companies operating in the region. It is close to various IT/ITeS establishments, including Siruseri IT Park, which is around 8 kilometres from the project site.
