The project is located at a distance of 100 feet from Chandapura-Anekal main road and around 1 kilometre (km) from Chandapura main circle. It is 6 km from Electronic City, one of India’s largest electronic industrial parks spread over 332 acres. Electronic city has many companies including Infosys, HCL, Cipla, and Biocon etc.

The project is well connected by road to all important destinations in Bangalore, and has schools, colleges, hospital, and hotels in its vicinity. The project is around 60 km from the Bangalore airport and 25 km from the city centre. A metro railway is planned at Chandapura junction which is around 2 km from the project; however, work has not started for the same.
