Started with a team of 10 from CRISIL's China research center supporting the HK research team
Ramped up the team to 20 in six months, expanding support to client teams in:
HK, Japan and Korea research desks from our China research center;
India research desk from CRISIL's India research center
On-boarded associates in HK and Taiwan to support select client teams
Four associates in HK and three in Taiwan
Set up an editorial desk in India to leverage language capabilities while maintaining costs at optimal levels
Three senior editors deployed across two shifts;
Handled 100% of the editorial workflow of the client's Asia research team
