47. Employee stock option scheme (ESOS)
The Company has formulated an ESOS based on which employees are granted options to acquire the equity shares
of the Company that vests in a graded manner. The options are granted at the closing market price prevailing on the
stock exchange, immediately prior to the date of grant. Details of the ESOS granted are as under :
