As such, the Company is not exposed to any commodity price risk and, hence, the disclosures under Clause 9(n) of Part
C of Schedule V in terms of the format prescribed vide SEBI Circular No SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2018/0000000141
dated November 15, 2018, are not applicable.
